Those of us living close to La Jolla feel fortunate to have such
an amazing kaleidoscope of places to see and things to do.
La Jolla's serenity is unmarred by frenzied factories, tooting trains
or frantic freeways. It is primarily a calm, quiet residential community
of single-family dwellings, garden apartments and the accompanying
service establishments.
