Kudos For Ken

Not everyone has time to write thank you notes ( they're not required and these are busy times ). Here are a few of many kind, generous and embarrassingly nice notes. I love my work and am proud to do it knowledgeably and well. Most of all, I love getting to know the interesting and talented people who establish their families and businesses in our exceptional area of the world. You would too, if you met the people who wrote the following notes:

Aloha! Ken - Just wanted to check in with you... hope all is well. Now that we are finally getting settled in our home, and slowly putting our personal touch on it, I wanted to thank you for your patience in helping us out as first-time buyers. I know that you handle many transactions involving sales prices that far exceed the value of our deal. It was very reassuring that you never made us feel like "second class" clients. We'd love to have you stop by sometime and see what we've done to the house. You're our man when we decide to move on. All the best,

Dear Ken;
It really was a short, tranquil escrow except for the termite scenario! I would have bet against this escrow closing, but your expertise got the job done easily.

Thank you for representing me in the sale. At last I know one broker who is a professional in a profession littered with ex-used car salesmen and horse traders. I took your advice because you actually had a marketing strategy and it worked.

Thank you again,
Sincerely,

Dear Ken,
I want to thank you for the time, energy and effort you took in finding our family a home in the Rancho Santa Fe area.

I just wanted you to know that as a person who has extensive real estate holdings and one who has had and continues to have many dealings with a considerable number of real estate brokers over the past twenty years, you are not only an exceptional broker, but an exceptional person. Both my wife and I never felt the slightest amount of pressure from you. We also believed you truly understood our likes, needs, concern, taste and showed that knowledge in your conduct and behaviour.

If the situation should ever arise to recommend your service to anyone, I would not hesitate.

Wishing you much success,

Dear Ken, My husband and I have had great fun this past year enjoying our house. I'm still decorating, but that's part of the fun. You wouldn't believe this area; eleven homes and two more lots recently sold.

We finally sold our other home three months ago. The people who called us to make an offer after we had already rented it, turned out to be the "Buyers From Hell !" So we cancelled the escrow just to get them out of our lives. Now I know how you guys earn your living!

Stop by and see us sometime.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern;

I want to recommend Mr. Ken Crosby to anyone wanting quality representation in a real estate transaction. Mr. Crosby recently represented us in the disposition of our former residence and the acquisition of our current home.

Without Ken's tenacity and follow-through, this transaction would have been impossible.

Mr Crosby's attention to detail in working through problems resulted in consummating a deal in which all parties were pleased.

Sincerely,

Hi Ken, this is Jerry _ _ _ _,
I doubt you remember me but a friend of mine(Erv _ _ _ _ ) and I looked at some property with you a couple of years ago. Just wanted to let you know I was not a tire kicker but in the end decided to try out Sarasota, FL. instead. Well, what a great area of FL. it is but in short just not our cup of tea. My house is for sale and we move back to TX. this time San Antonio where my wife went to college years ago. We live in one of the nicest upscale areas in SA, only 10min. from downtown and other "best" places. The bad news is it is still 90 degrees but the good news is that my house is 7,600 sq ft. and on 4.5 manicured/well irrigated acres. It's sort of like having your own park and very private old estate. All this for $2M is not bad and no snow to shovel. Ha ha. SA is a very livable area and a great place to raise kids. That is worth all of it. I still pine for a CA. property but it was just too much to digest at the time and as with Texas, CA. is a big state and I just could not get my bearings well enough to get serious. We hope to be here for the next 10 years while the kids go to a top private school that they really seem to be enjoying but a summer place would be nice. I just do not have enough friends and contacts on the west coast to point me in defined directions.

I like everything from Monterey to San Diego but there are so many micro areas you could never explore them all. I know from living on less than an acre in FL. that that is not for us. We like our privacy and so room to spread out. This is of course a huge problem in most places in CA, at least places you would actually want to live an enjoy life a bit. Thanks for letting me vent and hope all is well. Thanks again for being so nice to a couple of out of town bums. Sincerely, Jerry

Dear Ken,
It has been about one month since we closed on our new home in
Fairbanks. If all goes well we should be moved in by the end of August. It will be our pleasure at that time to invite you over for a visit.

Let me take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in handling this sale. As you know, these transactions can encompass a great deal. You may remember that I was out of the country during the entire closing. We never could have done it without your help. No one more than my wife appreciates your astute attention to detail, so necessary in a closing which made it all go smoothly.

Once again, thanks for all your efforts and considerations. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
Please consider this letter as a recommendation for Ken Crosby, Real Estate Agent for Prudential California Realty.

In selling our home in Del Mar, California, Ken worked through a complex real estate transaction carrying it through with reliability and precision. His skills in all areas of Real Estate were crucial in successfully accomplishing the sale of our home. Without these skills, the negotiations would not have been possible.

We feel confident in recommending Ken Crosby for any Real Estate dealings and will continue to engage his services in the future.
Sincerely,
