David J. Kramer was born and raised in South Africa and received his degree in the field of Construction Engineering from the University of Cape Town in 1979. For over twenty years, David has worked on building and developing projects in the United States and overseas, expanding his experience from office and commercial construction to high-end custom residential properties.
