The Groves, on the northern edge of the Coveant, was developed in a large orange grove. Most of the homes are Mediterranean-style and are situated on one and two acre lots of mostly hilly terrain. The Groves is a gated community and is within the Rancho Santa Fe and Solana Beach School Districts.
